12.52.010 - Short title.¶
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Prohibition of Unlawful Entry into Cemetery Ordinance"

12.52.020 - Unlawful entry.¶
No person shall enter into or be present within a cemetery or place of internment without permission, or unless otherwise posted, between the hours of six p.m. and eight a.m.

12.52.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
A violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
