Hillsborough Municipal Code Ch. 8.08 Food Regulations

No person, firm or corporation shall sell, offer for sale, dispense, distribute or have in their possession for sale or distribution in this town, any food, foodstuffs, meats, milk and other perishable edibles for human consumption unless the facilities, equipment, methods and practices for keeping, storing and serving the edibles are in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and statutes of this town, the county, and the state.
