8.04.010 - State Board of Health—County health department.¶
The several rules and regulations of the California State Board of Health and the county health department, together with all applicable amendments in effect at this time, as said rules and regulations may apply to the town are adopted and made a part of this Chapter.

8.04.020 - Authority to enact regulations.¶
The city council is authorized to make such additional rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to secure prompt and effective control or eradication of any cause of disease, pollution, contamination or unsanitary condition which may become injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the residents of this community.
