Grand Terrace Municipal Code Ch. 15.19 Historical Building Code

Except as provided in this Chapter, those certain building codes known and designed as the 2025 California Historical Building Code are hereby adopted by reference and shall become the Historical Building Code of the City for regulating the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, relocation or reconstruction of buildings or properties designated as qualified historical buildings or properties located in the City. One copy of all the above codes and standards therefore are on file in the office of the Building Department and are made available for public inspection.
