15.16.010 - Adoption.¶
Except as provided in this Chapter, the 2025 California Plumbing Code based on the 2024 Uniform Plumbing Code as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is hereby adopted by reference and shall become the Plumbing Code of the City, regulating construction, installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, maintenance or use of plumbing systems within the City. One copy of all the above codes and standards therefore are on file in the office of the Building Department and are made available for public inspection.
