5.04.010 Trial Jurors' Fees

The fees for trial jurors and prospective trial jurors, in civil and criminal cases in all courts in the county shall be fifteen dollars per day for attendance in court as a juror after the first day. In addition to the above fees, each juror shall be entitled to reimbursement of mileage at the rate authorized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from taxation under the Internal Revenue Code for each mile going and coming for each mile necessarily traveled in attending court. Any increase in that rule that occurs during any county fiscal year shall apply only to travel done on and after the first day of the following fiscal year. 5.04.020 Grand Jurors' Fees

The fees for members of the grand jury shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) a meeting for attendance as a grand juror, and mileage at the rate authorized by the Internal Revenue Service for each mile going to and from grand juror meetings and as approved by the foreperson of the grand jury in the conduct of grand jury business.
