4.28.010 When Public Assistance Warrants Considered Lost¶
When public assistance warrants have not been received by recipients or their custodians after the passage of seven calendar days from the date of the warrant mailings, such warrants shall be considered lost, and upon the filing of an appropriate affidavit relative therein by such recipients or custodians, the auditor shall issue and deliver a duplicate warrant to the legal owner or custodian.
