SEC. 14-1901. - DESIGNATION OF STREETS.

All public streets shown on the Sierra Sky Park Subdivision Map, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Fresno in Volume 13 of Plats, at Page 27, are hereby designated as streets upon which vehicles and aircraft may be used concurrently except that portion of the following avenues:

(a) Herndon Avenue.

(b) Blythe Avenue.

(c) The southern 75 feet of Spaatz Avenue, from Blythe Avenue to a point 300 feet west of Doolittle Drive.

All aircraft permitted on streets within the Sierra Sky Park Subdivision shall be used solely for the purpose of taxiing of aircraft thereon between the airport and the place where such aircraft are hangared or tied down.

SEC. 14-1902. - CERTAIN AIRCRAFT PROHIBITED.

The following aircraft are prohibited from using any street designated herein for use by vehicles and aircraft:

(a) Aircraft which are dependent upon the use of horizontal rotary propellers for propulsion on land.

(b) Aircraft which exceed 12,500 pounds gross weight.

SEC. 14-1903. - MINIMUM EQUIPMENT REQUIRED ON AIRCRAFT.

All aircraft shall be equipped and maintained as follows:

(a) Aircraft shall be equipped with brakes adequate to control the movement of the aircraft.

(b) Aircraft operated during the periods between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise and during periods of limited visibility shall be equipped with landing lights. Such lights shall be in operation while the aircraft is taxiing on the streets.

SEC. 14-1904. - RULES OF THE ROAD FOR AIRCRAFT.

The operator of an aircraft, when operating on these designated streets, shall comply with all applicable chapters and articles of Division 11 (Rules of the Road) of the State of California "Vehicle Code."

SEC. 14-1905. - NO PARKING OF AIRCRAFT AND VEHICLES.

Aircraft and vehicles shall not park on any public street herein designated for their joint use, except the following streets wherein parking of aircraft shall be permitted:

(a) Spaatz Avenue between Doolittle Avenue and a point 300 feet west of Doolittle Avenue;

(b) Doolittle Avenue between Spaatz Avenue and Herndon Avenue.
