5-7.01 - Loitering: Hours restricted.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter upon the streets or in places of amusement and entertainment in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a. m.

5-7.02 - Loitering: Parents and guardians: Responsibilities.

It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person having the control and charge of any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to permit or allow such person to loiter upon the streets or in places of amusement and entertainment in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

5-7.03 - Violations: Penalties.

Any parent, guardian, or other person having the control or charge of any person under the age of eighteen (18) years who shall fail to comply with the provisions of Section 5-7.02 of this chapter shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
