5-2.01 - Placement: Permission required.

No person shall tack, post, or otherwise place or fasten any handbill, circular, poster, or other written or printed matter on any tree, telegraph, telephone, or electric light pole, porch, awning post, building, fence, water trough, or other public property or on any other fence, building, or other structure without the permission of the owner thereof.

No person shall distribute or scatter on any street, sidewalk, or park in the City any handbill, circular, poster, or other written or printed matter.
