5-4.01 - Discharging.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm or gun of any type or description propelling bullets, slugs, or BB shots by compressed air, spring action, or any other method of propulsion.

5-4.02 - Exceptions.¶
The provisions of Section 54.01 of this chapter shall not prohibit the discharge of firearms by duly constituted law enforcement authorities.

5-4.03 - Licenses.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the sale of concealable firearms without a business license from the City Clerk and a license for the sale of concealable firearms from the Fowler Police Department.
