Chapter 73 — BICYCLES

§ 73.06 RIDING BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.

(A) No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within the Henderson Center Business District or the Downtown Area.

(B) The provisions of this chapter do not apply to police officers in the course of their regular duties.

CHAPTER 74: TRAFFIC SCHEDULES

SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

It is hereby determined upon the basis of an Engineering and Traffic Survey, that the speed permitted by state law upon the following streets is less than is necessary for the safe operation of vehicles thereon and it is hereby declared that the speed limit shall be as set forth in this section, on those streets or parts of streets designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof.
