Sec. 18-103. - Noisy, etc., places—Maintenance prohibited and to constitute nuisance.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain within the city any place where loud or unusual noises are produced or where boisterous conduct occurs which is indecent or offensive so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property of the inhabitants of the neighborhood where such noises are produced. Any place where such noises are produced and where such conduct occurs and such acts are committed are hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance.

Sec. 18-104. - Same—Maintenance after notice to abate.¶
Any person who maintains, permits or allows a public nuisance, as referred to in section 18-103, to exist upon his property or premises and any person occupying or leasing the premises of another who maintains, permits or allows such public nuisance thereon, after reasonable notice in writing from the chief of police or the city attorney to remove, discontinue or abate the same has been served upon such person, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. 18-105. - Same—Civil action to abate.¶
A civil action may be brought in the name of the people of the state to abate a public nuisance, as referred to in section 18-103, by the city attorney and he shall bring such action whenever directed by the council.
