10.08.030 - Prohibition.

No person, firm or corporation shall drive or place or cause to be driven or placed any vehicle or vehicles upon any of the unimproved city streets or roads of the city described in this article, the gross weight of which is in excess of the maximum permissible weight limits hereinafter specified for each city street or road.

10.08.040 - Signs.

The city engineer and director of public works are directed to cause signs indicating the maximum weight so fixed to be erected at a distance of not less than fifty (50) feet or more than five hundred (500) feet from each end of such road thereto specifying the load limit allowed hereunder per vehicle.
