10.08.010 - Prohibition.

No person, firm or corporation shall drive or place or cause to be driven or placed any vehicle or vehicles upon any of the city bridges of the city of described in this article, the gross weight of which is in excess of the maximum permissible weight limits hereinafter specified for each of such city bridges.

10.08.020 - Signs.

The city engineer and director of public works are directed to cause signs indicating the maximum weight fixed for vehicle load on bridges to be erected at a distance of not less than fifty (50) feet or more than five hundred (500) feet from each end of subject bridges or approaches thereto specifying the load limit allowed hereunder per vehicle.
