6.63.010 - Purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Delano in that the city will not approve licenses and/or land uses that violate the law, whether such law be a local ordinance, a state statute, or a federal statute.

6.63.020 - Policy.¶
Notwithstanding any other city ordinance or regulation, the city will not approve any business license or land use for any enterprise or purpose that is contrary to federal, state or local laws or ordinances.
