Delano Municipal Code Ch. 6.28 Poolrooms

Every person who conducts any poolroom in the city shall close such place of business on or before the hour of twelve midnight, on every night except Saturday night, and every such person shall close such place of business on or before the hour of one a.m. Sunday morning, and every person shall keep the place of business closed until six a.m. of the following day with the exception of Sunday, when the place of business may be opened at the hour of six a.m. of the same day. It is unlawful for any person engaging in such business, either as proprietor, principal, agent, employee or otherwise, to keep the place of business open, or permit the same to be opened between the hours of twelve midnight and six a.m. of the following day, of each day of the week, except Sunday, when it is unlawful for any such person, as aforesaid, to keep such place of business open, or permit the same to be closed between the hours of one a.m. and the hour of six a.m. of the same day.
