24.80.010 - Requirement.¶
The Planning Director shall investigate reported violations of this Title and initiate enforcement proceedings as required.

24.80.020 - Lots Created Prior to March 4, 1972.¶
Any parcel created prior to March 4, 1972, shall be dealt with in accordance with Sections 66412.6 and 66412.8 of the Act.
24.80.030 - Withholding Development Permits and Approvals.¶
In accordance with Section 66499.34 of the Act, the City may deny or conditionally approve the issuance of permits or other approvals necessary to develop real property divided in violation of the provisions of this Title or the Act.
24.80.040 - Certification of Compliance.¶
The City shall issue certificates of compliance in accordance with Section 66499.36 of the Act.
24.80.050 - Notice of Violation.¶
The City shall record notices of violations in accordance with Section 66499.36 of the Act.
24.80.060 - Merger of Parcels.¶
The City shall process merger of parcels in accordance with Sections 66451.10 through 66451.21 of the Act, utilizing the procedures applicable to Lot Line Adjustments.
24.80.070 - Unmerger of Parcels.¶
The City shall proceed with the unmerger of parcels in accordance with Sections 66451.30 through 66451.33 of the Act.
