24.22.010 - Requirement.

Whenever a subdivider is required to dedicate roadways, the City Council may require a subdivider to dedicate such real property as may be necessary and feasible to provide bicycle paths for the use and safety of the residents of the subdivision; provided that the subdivision as shown on the final map contains 200 or more lots. (Government Code § 66475.1)
