24.60.010 - Requirement.¶

Every subdivider proposing to create a minor subdivision shall comply with the procedure and requirements contained in this Chapter. (Government Code § 66428)

Unless otherwise provided in this Title, tentative parcel maps shall be subject to the requirements and procedures applicable to tentative maps contained in Chapter 24.50.
