24.44.010 - Report Required.

At the time of filing a tentative or tentative parcel map for a subdivision to be created from the conversion of a mobile home park to another use, the subdivider shall file a report in accordance with Section 66427.4 of the Act.

24.44.020 - Procedure.

In approving a conversion of a mobile home park to another use, the City Council shall comply with the requirements of Section 66427.4 of the Act.
