Article 3.5 — Unauthorized Handbills.

Sec. 11-3.5A. - Unauthorized handbills.¶

It shall be unlawful for any person without written authorization from the chief of police for any person to affix any sign, banner, handbill, balloon, streamer, light, reflective material, or other device or material to any utility pole, stop sign, regulatory traffic device, or signal. Such items will be summarily removed by city personnel.
