Sec. 6-3A.501. - Insurance coverage.

The Sanitation Official shall specify minimum levels and type of insurance coverage which every hauler shall maintain.

Sec. 6-3A.502. - Binder.

Each liquid waste hauler must furnish City with a cash deposit or an irrevocable letter of credit in a form acceptable to City in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), which shall be retained by City for so long as the waste hauler is permitted pursuant to Section 6-3A.201 and until a written application for a refund or release is received. All or a portion of the cash deposit or letter of credit may be surrendered to City upon violation of subsection (j), subsection (k), subsection (l), or subsection (m) of Section 6-3A.402.
