Sec. 6-3A.201. - Registration and discharge permit.¶
All commercial haulers of liquid waste who operate in the City or who use City facilities shall be required to have and show proof of: (1) current registration as a septate or chemical toilet hauler with the County of Fresno Department of Public Health; and (2) a current liquid waste hauler discharge permit issued by City.

Sec. 6-3A.202. - Discharge site(s).¶
The discharge of hauled liquid wastes in the City shall be unlawful at any location or site in the City except at a discharge site designated in writing by a Sanitation Official as an approved discharge site. Recreational vehicles owners shall be exempted from using the City designated discharge site, so long as the recreational vehicle owner has a private discharge site on their private property that complies with all local plumbing rules and regulations.

Sec. 6-3A.203. - Discharge schedule.¶
Subject to the provisions of Sections 6-3A.201 and 6-3A.202, and recognizing that discharge hours and procedures are subject to change, liquid waste haulers may dispose of hauled liquid wastes at the discharge location provided for in Section 6-3A.202 only during the hours of operation of the discharge location provided for in Section 6-3A.202.

Sec. 6-3A.204. - Termination of discharge.¶
The acceptance of hauled liquid wastes may be terminated by the Sanitation Official without prior notice, due to operational problems at the sewer treatment plant or other special circumstances.

Sec. 6-3A.205. - Discharge procedure.¶
The Sanitation Official shall specify the discharge process in writing.

Sec. 6-3A.206. - Discharge and manifest form.¶
Each hauler shall accurately complete a "liquid waste discharge manifest form" for each load of hauled liquid waste discharged as required by a Sanitation Official.
