2.60.010 - Established.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 27301 of the Education Code, the city council does establish the Coachella Municipal Public Library.

2.60.020 - Location.¶
The public library shall be quartered in the west wing of the city hall.

2.60.030 - Management.¶
The municipal public library shall be managed by a board of library trustees, consisting of five members, who shall be appointed by the mayor of the city, with the consent of the members of the city council.
