2.24.010 - Adoption of Rules.¶
Personnel System Rules and Regulations for the City of Clayton shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council of the City of Clayton after notice of such action has been publicly posted in at least three (3) public places designated by the City Council, and at least ten (10) days prior to City Council consideration. The City Manager, or his designee, shall give reasonable written notice to each recognized employee organization affected by the resolution. For those employees not represented by an organization, individual notices shall be furnished to each employee affected by the resolution.

2.24.020 - Amendment of Rules.¶
The Personnel System Rules and Regulations may be amended from time to time by resolution of the City Council of the City of Clayton following the procedures established in Section 2.24.010 of this Ordinance as described in the Rules themselves. Amendments and revisions may be suggested by any interested party.
