2.16.010 - Desire to Qualify for State Aid Declared.

The city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state of California under the provisions of the California Penal Code Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4.

2.16.020 - Recruitment and Training Standards.

Pursuant to the California Penal Code § 13522 of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4, the City of Clayton will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peach Officer Standards and Training.
