To facilitate indexing, said provisions have been redesignated as Art. IV, Div. 5, §§ 2-300—2-306 in order to avoid duplicate section numbering. Subsequently, Ord. No. 2026-002, § 2, adopted February 25, 2026, repealed Div. 5, §§ 2-300—2-306, which pertained to construction board of appeals and derived from Ord. No. 2013-001, § 1, adopted March 14, 2013.
