10.50.010 - Penalty—Incorporation of Vehicle Code Section 42001(a).¶

Except as otherwise specified in this title, violation of any provision of Title 10 of this code, shall be deemed an infraction, punishable as provided in Section 42001(a) of the California Vehicle Code.
