10.28.010 - Prohibited from using certain streets.¶
(a) Whenever any resolution of this city designates any street or portion thereof as a street the use of which is prohibited by any commercial vehicle, the city traffic engineer shall erect and maintain appropriate signs on those streets affected by such resolution.
(b) Those streets and parts of streets described in Section 10.28.020 are declared to be streets the use of which is prohibited by any commercial vehicle. The provisions of this section shall not apply to passenger buses under the jurisdiction of the public utilities commission.

10.28.020 - Prohibited streets enumerated.¶
In accordance with Section 10.28.010, the following streets and parts of streets are declared to be streets the use of which is prohibited by any commercial vehicle: none.

10.28.030 - Prohibited parking and operation in residential and commercial neighborhoods.¶
(a) The parking and operating of any commercial, industrial, or any vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of ten thousand pounds on any residential driveway or yard is prohibited.
(b) It is unlawful for the owner or driver of any commercial truck and/or trailer and/or semitrailer over ten thousand pounds gross weight to allow such commercial truck and/or trailer and/or semitrailer, unless disabled or unable to operate, to remain standing upon any road, street, highway or alley within the city between six a.m. and ten p.m. for more than two hours, except in industrial areas.

10.28.040 - Vehicles having advertising material.¶
There shall not be parked in front of any residence or in any driveway or alley thereto, or on any front yard of any residential premises for a longer period than two hours, any vehicle carrying or having constructed upon it any structure intended to advertise and promote a product or business, or having painted upon its body any advertising material of any kind or nature exceeding the dimensions of twelve by twenty-four inches; or of any vehicle so constructed as to suggest the manufacture, sale and distribution of any product whatsoever, or the rendering of any service, except for the purpose of making delivery of wares, merchandise, products and rendering services.
