Sec. 2-2.401. - Scope.

This article establishes the California City Airport Advisory Board ("Board") to provide advice concerning the operation of the California City Municipal Airport ("Airport").

Sec. 2-2.402. - Description.

The Board shall consist of five residents of the City, who are qualified by virtue of their interest in the community and interest in the operations of the Airport.

Sec. 2-2.403. - Periodic Report.

The Board shall advise the Airport Manager, City Manager and Council on matters affecting the Airport. The Council may refer specific issues to the Board for its advice.

Sec. 2-2.404. - Other.

The City Manager, or designee, shall assist the Board. The City Attorney or designee, shall provide legal advice to the Board.
