9.16.010 - Disfiguring of fixtures.¶
It is unlawful for any person to carve, write or print his or her name or initials, or any other word, lettering, caricature, emblem or sign, in or on any tree, bench, swing, building, structure, or other public property in public parks, streets or in other public grounds of or in this city.

9.16.020 - Damage or removal.¶
It is unlawful for any person to tamper with, mutilate, destroy or deface any public property in the city or in any public park therein; or to pick or destroy any flowers, shrubbery, leaves, plants or parts of plants in any public grounds, parks or streets in the city; or to remove any equipment or apparatus from any public park.

9.16.030 - Walking on public grounds restricted.¶
It is unlawful for any person to walk or pass in or on any portion or portions of any public park or public ground in the city except upon walks, ways or places maintained for that purpose; provided, however, the authorities in charge of such public parks or grounds shall post signs in such a manner as to warn all persons in said park to keep to such places as may be maintained for them to walk or pass upon.

9.16.040 - Driving on public grounds restricted.¶
It is unlawful for any person to drive or ride any horse, or other animal, or to drive or operate any motor vehicle or other vehicle in any public park or public ground in the city, except upon such places therein as are laid out and maintained for that purpose.
