9.12.010 - Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to congregate, collect or gather in a group or groups of two or more persons in, along, upon, or around any public sidewalk, street, alley, park, building or any other public place in such manner as to interfere with the lawful use of said public sidewalk, street, alley, park, building, or other public place; or in such manner as to disturb, or interfere or tend to disturb or interfere with the lawful use of said public sidewalk, street, alley, park or other public place by other persons.

9.12.020 - Duty to disperse.

In the event any group of persons gathers or collects in, along, upon or around any public sidewalk, street, alley, park, building or other public place in an unlawful manner as defined in Section 9.12.010, it shall be the duty of a police officer to require said group or person to disperse. Failure of said group, or any member thereof, to forthwith comply with such requirement shall constitute a misdemeanor.
