5.92.010 - Soliciting business on public property.

It is unlawful for any person engaged in any business to solicit or conduct such business on the streets, sidewalks or rights-of-way of the city unless otherwise explicitly permitted by other provisions of this code or in the case of sidewalk sales by a resolution of the city council.

5.92.020 - Violation.

Violation of this chapter shall result in a one hundred-dollar bail or fine for the first violation; two hundred dollars for the second violation within one year; five hundred dollars for the 3rd and each additional violation within one year, thirty-day revocation of the permit for 3rd and each additional violation within one year.
