5.90.010 - Conduct of business on public property.¶
A. It is unlawful for any person engaged in the business of exchanging or selling Mexican pesos and/or American dollars to conduct such business on the streets, sidewalks or rights-of-way of the city.
B. Such business may be conducted within the confines of a building conforming in all respects to the Uniform Building Code and in conformance with the zoning regulations, and after securing a business license and paying a fee therefor.

5.90.020 - Money exchange commission.¶
There is hereby authorized a commission to be known as the "Money Exchange Commission" to study and recommend possible solutions to the problems created by the exchange and sale of Mexican pesos and American dollars.

5.90.030 - Commission's term.¶
The commission shall consist of seven members of the city to be comprised of three members engaged in the money exchange business, three merchant members and one member of the city council. These members will serve a term to be determined by the city council.

5.90.040 - Violations—Result in license revocation.¶
Violations of any section of this chapter shall constitute cause for revocation of their business license.
