Calexico Municipal Code Ch. 5.64 Miniature Golf

It is unlawful for any person, whether as principal or agent, clerk or employee, either for himself or for any other person, or for any corporate body, or as an officer of any corporation or otherwise, to maintain, keep or operate any miniature golf course or other similar places of amusement within the city between the hours of eleven p.m. and eight a.m. of any day unless a distance of at least seventy-five feet intervenes between the field of play and any hotel or other building occupied as living or sleeping quarters.
