3.52.010 - Criminal cases.

The Calaveras County probation officer shall collect such fees as may be ordered by the court for services rendered by the Calaveras County probation department, pursuant to California Penal Code Section 1203.1b(i). All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into a general fund revenue account allocated for the operating expenses of the probation department. Actual fee and payment schedules will be adopted by resolution of the board of supervisors in compliance with the provisions of Penal Code Section 1203.1b.

3.52.020 - Step-parent adoptions.

The Calaveras County probation officer shall obtain reimbursement of costs incurred for the investigation required by Family Code Section 9001 and ordered by the Superior Court in step-parent adoption cases. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into a general revenue account allocated for the operating expenses of the Calaveras County probation department, in compliance with Family Code Section 9002.

3.52.030 - Guardianships.

The Calaveras County probation officer shall obtain reimbursement of costs incurred for the investigation required by Probate Code Section 1513 and ordered by the Superior Court in guardianship cases. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into a general fund revenue account allocated for the operating expenses of the Calaveras County probation department, in compliance with Probate Code Section 1513.1.

3.52.040 - Conservatorships.

The Calaveras County probation officer shall obtain reimbursement of costs incurred for the investigation required by Probate Code Section 1851 and ordered by the Superior Court in conservatorship cases. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into a general fund revenue account allocated for the operating expenses of the Calaveras County probation department, in compliance with Probate Code Section 1851.5.
