16.36.010 - Designated.

A. Any violation of this title that is not also prohibited by the Subdivision Map Act or any other statute of the state is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B. Each separate day, or any portion thereof, during which any violation of this title occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in this section.

C. If a parcel or lot is found to be in violation of this title, the planning director shall withhold any development approvals or permits.
