16.11.010 - Road improvement requirements for subdivisions.¶
No tentative parcel map or tentative tract map shall be approved if it does not conform to the requirements of Chapter 12.02 of this code.

16.11.020 - Road construction standards.¶
All public and private subdivision roads shall be constructed to the standards of Chapter 12.02 of this code.

16.11.030 - Minimum service roads and two parcel subdivisions.¶
When a subdivision will create no more than two parcels (one existing parcel and one new parcel), and the subdivision is served by a road that is not within the county-maintained road system, the applicant need only to construct a minimum service road, no matter how many parcels are served by the road.
