Qualified. A competent and capable person or company that has met the requirements and training for a given field acceptable to the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Quick-Disconnect Device, Fuel Gas. A hand-operated device that provides a means for connecting and disconnect

Wall Heater. See Vented Wall Furnace. Warm Air Furnace. An environmental heating appliance designed or arranged to discharge heated air through any duct or ducts. This definition shall not include a unit heater. Water Heater or Hot-Water-Heating Boiler. An appliance designed primarily to supply hot water for domestic or commercial purposes and equipped with automatic controls limiting water temperature to a maximum of 210°F (99°C).
