REMOVAL OF HOSPITAL BUILDINGS FROM

GENERAL ACUTE CARE SERVICES

309.1 General. Hospital buildings that have been removed

from Acute Care Service per California Existing Building Code Section 309A may house various occupancies, but shall remain under the jurisdiction of OSHPD. The requirements of Section 310A shall apply.
