BOARD OF STATE & COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS means the Board of State & Community Corrections, which acts by and through its executive officer, deputy directors and field representatives. LIVING AREAS means those areas of a facility utilized for the day-to-day housing and activities of incarcerated persons.
