Sec. 17.17.010. - Adoption of the California Reference Standards Code.

(a) The 2022 Edition of the California Reference Standards Code is hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute and may be cited as the reference standards code of the City.

(b) In the event of any conflict between provisions of the 2022 Edition of the California Reference Standards Code and Title XVII of the Bradbury Municipal Code, the most restrictive requirements shall prevail.

(c) Copies of the 2022 California Reference Standards Code are available online for use and examination by the public.
