2.92.010 Procedure for establishment of fee schedules.

Fees for the processing or issuance of any applications for permits issued by the City of Berkeley or for City services may be established and adjusted by resolution of the City Council except where such fees are required by law to be authorized by ordinance. (Ord. 5537-NS § 1, 1983)
