Bell Municipal Code Ch. 2.68 Redevelopment Agency

The city council finds and determines that there is a need for a redevelopment agency in the city and that there is created and established, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California (Section 33000 et seq., of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California), a redevelopment agency in the city. The members of such redevelopment agency shall be the members of the city council whose functions, duties, powers and responsibilities shall be as set forth in the community redevelopment law.
