§ 2.60.010. Created.¶
There is established a traffic and beautification commission for the city.

§ 2.60.020. Membership.¶
The traffic and beautification commission shall consist of five members.

§ 2.60.030. Term of members.¶
Each member of the traffic and beautification commission, except as provided in Chapter 2.32 of this code, shall serve for a term of four years.

§ 2.60.040. Time of meetings.¶
Regular meetings of the commission shall be held at least quarterly.

§ 2.60.050. Duties.¶
It shall be the duty of the traffic and beautification commission:
A. To suggest the most practicable means for coordinating the activities of all officers and agencies of this city having authority with respect to the administration or enforcement of traffic regulations;
B. To stimulate and assist in the preparation and publication of traffic reports;
C. To recommend to the council and other city officials ways and means for improving traffic conditions and the administration and enforcement of traffic regulations;
D. To recommend to the city council steps and programs designed to beautify the city.
