§ 2.56.010. Created.

A public safety commission for the city is created.

§ 2.56.020. Membership—Meetings.

The public safety commission of this city shall consist of a total of nine members and will conduct bimonthly meetings.

§ 2.56.030. Term of members.

Each member of the public safety commission shall, except as otherwise provided, serve for a four-year term.

§ 2.56.040. Duties.

The public safety commission shall perform the following duties:

A. To act in an advisory capacity to the city council in all matters pertaining to public safety;

B. To recommend to the city council and other city officials ways and means for improving public safety and the administration and enforcement of public safety regulations.
