§ 2.44.010. Created.¶
An environmental commission for the city is created.

§ 2.44.020. Membership—Meetings.¶
The environmental commission of the city shall consist of a total of five members. The commission shall hold monthly meetings at a time and address set by the commission.

§ 2.44.030. Term of members.¶
Each member of the environmental commission shall, except as otherwise provided, serve for a four-year term.

§ 2.44.040. Duties.¶
It shall be the duty of the environmental commission to review and make recommendations on various items pertaining to the environment, as referred to it by the city council.
