Editor's note— Ord. No. 2016-O3, § 1, adopted July 18, 2016, repealed the former Div. 6, §§ 78-501—78-515, which pertained to the conservation plan and derived from Ord. No. 2015-O5, § 1(Exh. A), adopted July 27, 2015. It is replaced by the provisions of Water Utility Rule No. 21. Any future amendment or revision to Water Utility Rule No. 21, shall be concurrently and automatically included as an amendment or revision to the conservation plan.
