Editor's note— Ord. No. 12-O7, § 1, adopted December 17, 2012, repealed former Ch. 10, in its entirety, and enacted provisions designated as a new Ch. 10 to read as herein set out. Prior to inclusion of said ordinance, Ch. 10 pertained to similar subject matter. It should be noted that section 3 of Ord. No. 12-O7 provides, "This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.
